Design to Doodle
How did you embrace the 2D Design Principles?
I emphasized the 2D Design Principles by focusing on putting movement inside the letters through pattern.

28 Days of Art - February Art Challenge
For the 28 days of art project, I will be using lots of photography and Photoshop, especially since I have not picked up a camera in a while and would like to get more diverse photos.
My goal for this project is to be creative with my posts, as to not get repetitive and to also use everyday opportunities to shoot more photos.

Peter Mars Breadth Project
1. What color palette did you use and why?
I used adjacent colors for this artwork because I wanted to have a real eye color to use and that was the only color palette that helped me to achieve this.
2. How does your artwork include pattern, emphasis, and movement?
My artwork includes emphasis because the slogans are around the face, which draws you into the focal point. My artwork includes movement because the snowflakes and the slogan moves around the focal point, focusing you into the face of the artwork.

Digital Mantra
I chose this mantra because I hope to see the end of the road of my high school journey and I also hope to not get "senioritis" along the way.
This mantra will help me this semester because it will help me to remind me of my goals and to focus on the light at the end of the road.

Half Concentration Series
The central idea of my concentration series revolves around my journey as a photographer and my love for photography. For this concentration, I was inspired by Andy Goldsworthy because he used his love of nature to pursue his love for photography. For my concentration, I took photos with my camera and pushed them digitally in Photoshop.

Weekly Challenge #7 and #8
For weekly challenge #7, I worked in Adobe Illustrator, playing around with shapes because I do not usually use Illustrator. At first, I started playing with shapes and made bacon, but it did not turn out as well, so I started playing around with squares. I definitely need to fix my flares on the first photo.
For weekly challenge #8, I took this photo and it really drew me into the photo and a path. Right now, I have not used it for anything. I might actually end up using this for my concentration, taking the viewer on the path of my photography journey, inserting pictures from Dig 1 to this class. But, I really liked this photo and wanted to bring it in. Finally, I do not usually take pictures of paths, so I thought it might help me take a different approach.
